Mr. Holstein served on the 1-800 Contacts Board of Directors and the Audit Committee from February 2016 to October 2020 when the company was successfully sold to KKR for over $3B. 1-800 Contacts is based in Draper, Utah and is now the largest direct-to-consumer seller of contact lenses in the United States.

Mr. Holstein served as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board from May 2015, when Rightpoint secured a $55 million equity investment from New York-based Stella Point Capital, until the sale of the company in November 2019 to Genpact, a global professional services firm focused on delivering digital transformation.

Mr. Holstein served on the board of directors of 24 Hour Fitness from September 2014 until March 2020. Headquartered in San Ramon, Calif., 24 Hour Fitness is a leading health club industry pioneer, serving nearly four million members in more than 430 clubs across the U.S. 

Mr. Holstein served on the board of directors of Brand Networks from February 2012 until April 2020. Brand Networks integrates organic content publishing with paid media optimization across display advertising and social platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat  and Twitter.

Mr. Holstein served on the board of directors of Shoes for Crews from September 2013 to October 2015 when an affiliate of CCMP acquired a controlling interest in Shoes For Crews, the global leader in slip-resistant footwear.
